ABOUT FAUSTO LIMITED
Fausto Limited is an active participant in the Internet Industry. A portion of the Company's business involves European direct navigation. Fausto maintains websites on a broad array of topics and we strive to provide information contextually related to the names of our sites. We are constantly striving to improve our offerings. Check back often as we are always working on new revisions to our web properties.

ABOUT DIRECT NAVIGATION
Direct Navigation is a widely used search method which accounts for roughly 15% of all Internet traffic. Users enter a generic phrase directly into their browser (as opposed to entering the phrase into a search engine). When this phrase corresponds to a direct navigation website, the user is taken to a website supplying information and links related to the phrase.

These Direct Navigation websites offer a valuable free service to end users. When you enter a search phrase into a search engine, the results are usually overwhelmingly large. Rather than millions of items spread across tens of thousands of pages, Direct Navigation sites provide a succinct single page containing a focused and manageably sized set of information.

For example, entering "newphone.eu" as a domain name returns a single page containing links and other information for companies offering new mobile phone handsets and service. Conversely, entering "new phone" into a common search engine such as Google® or Yahoo® returns a sometimes unwieldy amount of data.

DOES FAUSTO HAVE A PARTICULAR FOCUS?
Fausto is a European company focused entirely on the European market. Our websites are designed with this in mind. As such, we have selected .eu domains for our sites because we want to maximize our ability to convey an overall European identity. Of all the visitors to our websites, approximately 90% of them come from Europe.

Europe is comprised of a wonderfully diverse array of regional markets. While unified economically, these regions speak a large number of different languages and each region often has its own tastes and specialties. This presents a significant challenge to any company wishing to have a European website (as opposed to a site targeted at a single country or region within Europe and as opposed to the more "US-centric" approach to a .com domain name). Our websites address these needs in a number of important ways.

Language Support
When was the last time you saw a website offer more than two or three language choices? Our websites are specifically designed to address Europe's broad linguistic diversity. We believe that it is critical to make our websites as accessible as possible to as many Europeans and people interested in Europe as we can. Offering websites which support more Europeans' native languages is a key to that accessibility. We already support twelve different official EU languages. Every one of our more than 70,000 websites is available in these languages. We continue to work on adding further to our language capacity.

Dynamic Local Customization
All of Fausto's sites are also dynamically tuned for each end user. From the user's IP address (and without using any personal data of any nature), Fausto is able to estimate the user's geographical location. Based on this location and browser settings, we select the appropriate default language to show that user (though the user can always select any of our other supported languages if they wish). We also adjust the content of the website to ensure that it includes as much "local" content as possible. This means that a user visiting legalservices.eu from Spain would see a site in Spanish that includes information and advertisements about legal services in Spain. A visitor to the same website from Germany would see a site in German including information and advertisements about German legal services. The depth of the localized content is expected to grow significantly over time.
Aside from the services provided to Internet users, this search method provides valuable benefits to those who provide the information, links and advertisement that is displayed on our direct navigation pages. Our system permits these service providers to display relevant and valuable information to users who (by deliberately entering the search phrase as a domain name) have exhibited a clear and strong interest in the information, products or services that is presented on the page. Thus, it forms a discreet but highly targeted approach to promoting information via the Internet.

We hope our efforts to develop European websites will provide the best experience possible. Over time we will continue to improve our websites to service the European Community in new and innovative ways.
